Since PillowMob pillows are custom products printed just for you, we cannot accept returns other than in the case of a defect or mistake in delivery. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we encourage you to contact us if you are not satisfied with your product and we will try to remedy the matter on a case-by-case basis.
PillowMob merchandise is warrantied against defects in workmanship and materials for one year from the purchase date. This warranty covers what could reasonably be considered as normal use and is void in the case of uncommon or abusive use. We will exchange the item for a replacement and send it to you at no cost.
If you receive a wrong item, please contact us and we will provide return instructions.
Be sure to provide a complete and correct address when placing your order.
If your order is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address supplied or an undeliverable address we will notify you and give you the option to resend at an additional cost. The cost is between $5-15 USD, depending on your location. If you choose not to pay the re-shipping cost within 14 days of notification, we will feed your pillow to monsters.
Occasionally delivery delays occur due to external factors such a postal errors, labor disputes, and customs holds. We will wait up to eight weeks from the time of your order before we declare a product lost in transit. At which point we will seek to validate the address you provided before sending you a new pillow at no charge.
PillowMob receives confirmation from USPS to confirm delivery, however we cannot be responsible for your orders once they have been delivered to your address (i.e. packages misplaced by office receiving departments or stolen from doorsteps). Please ensure you provide an appropriate delivery address during business hours to help reduce risk of loss.
When ordering for delivery outside of the US you may be liable for local taxes and customs duties upon delivery.
