What should my photo look like?
To get the best results, shoot your photo in natural lighting in order to avoid cast shadows across your subject's face. Right before sunset is a good time to catch great natural lighting, making for a well lit face and warm skin color.
What size should the photo be?
When you are ready to upload your photo, be sure your photo is larger than 1MB and smaller than 4MB. This will allow for great detail on your pillow's face. In case you are wondering, we print our pillow faces at 180DPI.
What is the hair color?
On the back back of each pillow is a custom color fuzzy fabric. We usually offer 10 unique fabrics with patterns and textures. Basically, we wanted an easy way to allow you to add more personality to your pillow head.
What materials are used in the pillow?
Our pillows are made from all new materials and are 100% polyester.
How is my pillow shipped?
Pillows are shipped by United States Postal Service First Class Mail. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. For most international destinations, tracking updates end at the US port of exit.
When will I get my pillow?
Each custom order usually takes 21 days from when your credit card is charged. If you have not received your pillow after that amount of time, feel free to contact us. Be sure to include your order confirmation number so we can look up your order.
My pillow hasn't arrived yet.
We work very hard to get your custom order to you as quickly as possible. Please be sure to check that your credit card was charged and figure that your pillow will arrive around 21 days afterward. My pillow was printed wrong.
We carefully check each print for printing flaws, we are sorry your pillow is not what you expected. If your print does not match the image you uploaded, feel free to contact us

There was a flaw or defect in my pillow.
We take our time creating each pillow and recheck them for flaws. We are sorry that we made a mistake. If you are not satisfied with your pillow, please do not hesitate to contact us

How can I return my pillow?
We do not allow returns unless there is a misprint or flaw. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please feel free to contact us

Are there discounts for large volume orders?
If you have a large volume order, we can offer you reduced pricing due to production efficiencies. If your order is larger than 100 pillows feel free to contact us
with your desired quantity and we will send you a quote.
How do I get a gift code?
Join our newsletter (at the bottom of each page) and we will inform you of contests and special offers through email. In the near future, we will be offering gift certificates which you may purchase for your friends and family.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. The price per pillow is $30 USD if you'd like international delivery, which includes shipping costs. When ordering for delivery outside of the US you may be liable for local taxes and customs duties upon delivery.
